The Implementation
The project was completed in two smooth phases:
Phase One – Installed the modem, optimised the network for FibreMax NBN, and prepared the Yealink cordless phones with remote configuration.
Phase Two – Connected new handsets, configured the existing desk phone, and tested the custom call flow to ensure every customer call reached the right person.
Thanks to FibreMax’s remote provisioning capabilities, the entire system was set up in under 7 days, with minimal disruption to the restaurant’s operations.
