Hardware
The FibreMax solution also integrates the restaurant’s existing equipment with new hardware:
- 3 × Yealink cordless handsets
- Existing Yealink SIP-T48S desk phone
- Remote management of all devices

The Implementation
The project was completed in two straightforward phases, helping minimise disruption to the restaurant’s operations.
Phase One: Network and Phone Preparation
FibreMax installed the modem and optimised the network for FibreMax NBN. The team also prepared the Yealink cordless phones and completed their remote configuration.
Phase Two: System Setup and Testing
Next, FibreMax connected the new handsets and configured the existing desk phone. The team then tested the custom call flow to ensure customer calls reached the right person.
